Thank you for the opportunity to provide your vessel and engine service. We strive to provide the highest quality in service with time efficiency and value in mind. As a customer you will receive estimates for work upon request and pricing according to industry standards. This agreement outlines the terms of payment for services rendered.

• Payment is required in full; Payment by check, credit card or EFT is required at time of service completion and before or upon boat pick up.

• Boats and engines may not leave our facility unless payment arrangements have been made 

​

• All jobs/repairs will require a deposit of 1 hour of labor. Jobs estimated to exceed 5 hours will require a deposit of %50. 

​​

• Any remaining balance after boat is back in customer possession will be due upon demand and if not submitted will result in a potential lien of the vessel, engine and accessories therein according to Connecticut State Regulations protecting vessel repair facilities; and/or legal action against the customer in small claims court. If this occurs, the customer is responsible for all late fees, legal fees and expenses incurred by Thimble Marine Service.

All goods left at owner’s risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, storm, freezing, vandalism, water, acts of God, deterioration, or neglect.  
 
It is highly recommended that you carry full insurance for the full value of your boat and property. Thimble Marine Service requires that you carry full insurance if your boat is stored with us.
